On completion and payment of your grading application, both you and your Dojo Cho will receive a detailed copy.

Online payment can be made through PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can use a credit card to pay via PayPal.

Grading Application Cut-Off

All online grading applications must be submitted and fully processed a minimum of 14 days prior to the scheduled grading examination date.

Applicants and Dojo Cho are responsible for ensuring applications, supporting requirements, and payment are completed within this timeframe to allow for verification and approval.

Submission of an application confirms that the candidate will meet the minimum required training days, attendance, and eligibility criteria before the grading examination date.

Late applications may not be accepted except in exceptional circumstances approved by the Grading Panel.
