Shihan Takase would like to invite all Yudansha members Shodan and above to a specific yudansha class on Saturday 12 January 2019 commencing at 12:15pm at Hombu Dojo.
There is no training fee for this class.
We recommend attending the general class 11:00am – 12:00pm with Shihan Takase for a good warm up as there will be no warm up exercises for the yudansha class.
After class we will head to a local establishment for refreshments.
